Powder blending & filling
Mixpro provides flexible processing and filling of suitable food-grade powders. Applications include protein powders, whey, creatine, electrolytes, sports nutrition, supplement powders, functional food powders and other suitable dry food products.
Customers can supply their own approved formulation, bulk product, raw materials and packaging materials. Depending on the project, we can combine blending, filling, labelling, batch coding, secondary packaging and palletising.
New products are assessed before production for technical feasibility and relevant food-safety requirements.
In addition to powders, Mixpro can mix, fill and package suitable food-grade liquid products.
Production feasibility is assessed per project and depends on factors such as formulation, ingredients, viscosity, packaging format, fill volume and required production quantity.

PACKAGING
Depending on the product and production process, Mixpro can fill into packaging formats including pouches, pots, jars and bottles.
Additional services can include labelling, batch coding, secondary packaging and palletising. We can also discuss suitable packaging options with the customer to achieve an efficient production process.
Mixpro works with both growing brands and established businesses looking to outsource production.
Projects can range from straightforward filling of customer-supplied bulk product to blending, filling and complete packaging. We can support pilot and initial production runs as well as recurring manufacturing.
For initial production runs, customers can supply their own raw materials and packaging materials. This can provide a practical and cost-efficient route to production.

Customers can supply their own raw materials and packaging materials, but this is not a requirement.
Depending on the project, Mixpro can also support the sourcing and procurement of ingredients, raw materials and packaging materials. Together with the customer, we determine the most practical purchasing and production approach for each project.
